Every girl needs some beauty hacks in her routine. They make your life easier and save you money!

I have some great beauty hack tips for you today using inexpensive products from Amazon. Check out my list of favorite Amazon beauty products that will help you hack your beauty routine without breaking the bank!

1. Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Nail Coat in Clear

This is my holy grail top coat when I do my own manicures at home (and don’t want to spend extra money that month going to the salon for a gel mani!). I ALWAYS keep a bottle of this handy in my nail polish stash. This top coat really does dry fast (in minutes!) and gives you an ultra shiny finish. I can’t tell you how many times people compliment me on my manicure when I use Seche Vite Top Coat, they always think it’s a salon gel manicure because it looks so shiny and finished!

This top coat does not yellow and helps prevent chipping too. My manicures can last up to 2 weeks with this! And that includes heavy hand washing, doing dishes, and using alcohol wipes frequently.

User Tip: You CAN apply this over wet nail polish color, but I recommend you wait a few minutes before applying this top coat to prevent color transfer. This happens to me most with red nail polish, not so much with other colors.

I also use this top coat to help seal off small cracks on household objects, as a sealant for small craft projects, or as a light adhesive if I run out of Super Glue! Since it dries quickly, it’s great for alternative uses!

2. Kichwit Silicone Antibacterial Sponge

I bought these silicone sponges originally for dishwashing, because I hated stinky, moldy, wet kitchen sponges. They do work well for that purpose, but I found these are great for cleaning your makeup brushes and sponges! Plus, they’re cheaper than buying actual makeup cleaning mats. This has soft bristles on one side, and ridges on the other side, so you can choose a more gentle versus harsher scrub. This makes it so easy to clean your makeup brushes and sponges!

These silicone sponges are bacteria resistant, heat resistant, have a loop so you can hang dry, and are also great to use as a drying mat for your brushes and sponges. You can even clean them by throwing them into the dishwasher. Plus, it comes in different shapes and cute colors!

User Tip: Use this with a good brush cleanser, such as this affordable one from Sephora which works quite well for me. Wet the brush, lather up with cleanser, and swirl around on the silicone sponge!

3. Every Drop Beauty Spatula

I’m sure I’ve thrown away HUNDREDS of dollars’ worth of creams, lotion, foundation, and lipstick over the years because there was a little product remaning in the bottle. This little silicone spatula will help get every last bit of your expensive makeup and skin care products out of the bottle! It’s reusable too. Sounds like such a simple solution, right? I wish I thought of this! If you have a narrow container like a tube of lip gloss, check out the lip spatula too.

User Tip: Scoop all the remaning product out with the spatula, and store in a little container like these for easy access!

4. Beauty Makeup Sponge Holder Drying Stand

Finding a spot to dry your makeup sponge can be annoying! I was either drying it on a paper towel on my countertop, or using the flimsy little plastic stand my sponge came with (which sucked and I kept accidentally knocking the sponge off the stand!). This holder is a much better solution! Your sponge is securely housed, and properly ventilated so the wet sponge can dry properly. The pretty rose gold metal looks great on your makeup stand, and users report this holder doesn’t rust on them!

User Tip: You can use this to hold your eggs too, haha!

5. Essential Oil Roller Bottles

I really love keeping these on hand, they are so useful! Aren’t the glass bottles so pretty too? You can put perfume in these bottles when you travel, so you don’t have to lug a large glass perfume bottle in your luggage and risk it spilling or breaking! They often come with little funnels to make it easier to get liquids into the bottle.

I also like carrying these in my purse so I always have essential oil with me. I use my essential oil rollers for headaches (massage it on your temples!), nasal congestion, bug bites, insect repellent, and to smell when you need to feel more energized midday. My favorite all-purpose essential oil mix consists of peppermint, lavender, and eucalyptus oil. Essential oil rollers make great little homemade gifts, especially in these pretty glass bottles!

User Tip: It’s super easy to make your own essential oil roller! I recommend investing in a quality set of essential oils (I love this one I got), plus a carrier oil (like rosehip oil or jojoba oil) to dilute the essential oils. I usually add about 5 drops of essential oils to the roller bottle and fill the rest with the carrier oil. If you are new to essential oil, this is a great resource on how to properly dilute essential oils plus great essential oil recipes!

6. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay

Can you believe this clay has almost 18,000 reviews on Amazon (at the time of publishing)? Wow!

This is 100% Natural Calcium Bentonite Clay, in a powder form. I discovered this stuff years ago when I was trying everything I could to get rid of acne and oily skin. When used as a face mask, you really can feel this stuff working to dry out pimples and reduce sebum production for less oily skin. This clay also helps unclog pores, soften skin, and draw toxins out of your skin.

There are also plenty of other uses for this clay, such as sprinkling some into your bath for detoxifying and softening your skin, or using as a hair mask. It’s SO affordable and useful, why not keep some in your medicine cabinet? Plus, it has a long shelf life since it’s in powder form.

User Tip: You can mix the clay with water to form a paste, but it works SO much better when you mix with apple cider vinegar (this one is the best!). Trust me, it’s worth it. You can literally feel the product working and your face pulsating…kind of a weird feeling, but your skin will feel so soft when you’re done. Just leave it on until it’s dry, about 20 minutes, and rinse with warm water. Make sure to moisturize well afterward so your skin isn’t too dry!

I also use this as an overnight zit treatment- just dab a little clay paste onto the zit, leave it on overnight and watch your pimple shrink in the morning!

7. Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Swivel Stick

If you look in my drawers at home, you’ll probably find a stick of this cocoa butter somewhere in there! I love keeping this on hand mostly to use as a lip balm. Yes, they do sell a lip balm version of this, but this is cheaper for the amount of product you get! This cocoa butter stick is one of my top beauty items.

The beauty hack is that this doubles as an all-purpose skin moisturizer! It works well on dry, flaky skin patches, itchy bug bites, blemishes, and anywhere you want to moisturize! And I forgot to add- it smells like CHOCOLATE and VANILLA! You have to try not to eat it!

The multi-packs on Amazon are a great deal because you can stock up and get it for cheap!

User Tip: Keep a stick in your bag, especially when you travel. You won’t have to worry about bringing extra liquids in your carry on bag since this is a solid! It’s also great when that cabin air starts drying your skin out.

8. Jerrybox Multi-Function Rotating Makeup Organizer

I hate cleaning, but I LOVE organizing! Naturally, I get pretty excited when I come across an awesome beauty organizer. I have SO much makeup and skin care products, storage can be a problem in my small bathroom/vanity.

This organizer rotates so you can access products in the back of the organizer, and has adjustable shelves so you can customize it to your liking. There are also three different styles you can choose from. This organizer takes up little space on your countertop, but stores a lot of stuff! Just check out the photos from user reviews to get an idea.

User Tip: One reviewer put hers in the kitchen cabinet to use as a spice organizer, clever! I may have to try this because my spice and herb collection is a little out of control!

9. Natural Bamboo Charcoal Oil Absorbing Blotting Paper

Blotting paper is probably something near and dear to every oily-skinned girl’s makeup bag. I know for me it is! I started with those plasticky blue Clean and Clear sheets in high school, but they’re actually not that cheap. Plus, I find bamboo blotting papers work better and don’t smudge your makeup as much.

These bamboo charcoal blotting papers are a great value, and the sheets are bigger than average. My favorite blotting sheets are these ones (I admit I like pretty packaging) but since they are more expensive, this one on Amazon is a great alternative. They work well to absorb oil with no added powder (which can cake up your foundation).

Did you know there a bunch of alternative uses for blotting papers? Check out my user tips below!

User Tips:

-Blot excess oil from your face throughout the day, of course!

-Apply your lipstick as usual, and blot with a blotting paper to remove excess oil and wax from the lipstick. This will help your lipstick last longer and help the pigments look bolder. You can apply a second layer of lipstick on top to get even better color payoff.

-Touch up oily bangs or scalp by blotting a few papers where needed. This helps in a pinch if you don’t have dry shampoo on you!

-Clean your phone screen by wiping a sheet across it. Great if you apply hand cream and accidentally get greasy smudges on your phone!

10. Sky Organics 100% Pure Organic Distilled Rose Water Toner

Using a toner after washing my face is part of my daily skin care routine (learn more and get my free guide to clear skin by entering your email in the box below!). I love Sky Organics’ Rose Water because it’s 100% pure rose water, nothing added! I specifically searched for rose water without additives because they often add perfume and even alcohol to “rose water” toner.

Rose water is anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and has anti-oxidants so it’s wonderful for your skin! Here are even more benefits to using rose water. Not to mention, I adore anything rose scented! This toner smells heavenly.

User Tips:

-I like to spritz this all over my face to prep the skin for makeup. Or, you can also spray onto a cotton ball and wipe onto your face.

-Use after cleansing your face to tone and remove excess residue.

-I like to dampen my foundation brush by spritzing it with rose water. This makes the foundation apply more easily and gives me a more natural look!

-Spray your face throughout the day to refresh your skin and get some aromatherapy pick-me-up.

-Take some with you when you travel to combat that dry cabin air!

Hopefully these tips will help make your beauty routine easier and save you money! What other beauty hacks do you love? I would love to hear about them. Comment below!
